LHRrehab: Offering
Classes and Private Consultations

WHY PREPARE
FOR KNEE REPLACEMENT SURGERY?
The most common
motivation for undergoing knee replacement surgery is to relieve pain.
But the accompanying changes in joint mobility, muscular strength and
co-ordination, and balance (which affect sitting, reaching, walking
and climbing) also require attention.Knee replacement surgery changes
the surfaces which make up the knee joint. LHRrehab
maximizes the benefits of surgery by preparing the body for positive
change.
